Leadership
Daniel da Marça Teixeira is the Founder and CEO of the Healthcare Expansion Consulting and has been supporting clients to design synergies and implement growth strategies in the Healthcare ecosystem.
Daniel is Graduated and Master in Industrial Engineering and Management from Instituto Superior Técnico de Lisboa, and several years later complemented its background education with an Executive Master of Business and Administration (MBA) from AESE / IESE University of Navarra.
The professional pathway in last 10 years has been build up in the Healthcare Sector, experiencing multiple roles in the largest private Portuguese operator, José de Mello Saúde SGPS (CUF Hospitals and Clinics) and led the Operations Office Department of the healthcare asset of Sociedade Francisco Manuel dos Santos (Walk’in Clinics/miMed).
Daniel has been working on business development, constructing clinical referral’s networks and developing projects related with processes’ modelling and optimization. Additionally, it participated in several task forces such as the conception and implementation of the corporate expansion strategy, headhunting of healthcare professionals and strategic and operational restructurings.

In this framework, Healthcare Expansion Consulting is committed to actively contributing to design and implement synergies and alliances between companies, in order to maximize the ambition of growth, to enhance economies of scale and to significantly value the global value of the individual interests of its customers
